There are several schemes that could give you financial help with your boiler

Energy Companies Obligation scheme

With the government’s Energy Companies Obligation (ECO) scheme, some private tenants and homeowners can get their inefficient, old boilers replaced for free or subsidised.

The scheme was set up to help low-income families improve the energy efficiency of their homes and reduce their carbon footprint.

You’re likely to qualify for financial help under this scheme if you receive at least one government benefit and your household income is less than £16,190.

Renewable Heat Incentive

The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is a UK government scheme designed to encourage home and business owners to use renewable energy. It won’t help you buy a biomass boiler but you could get money for the energy you produce with it.
